David Norbut

    1. President David Norbut began restoring historical homes and properties, as well as developing land holdings, over 20 years ago at the age of 17. His successful company named Norbut Renovations has renovated and built hundreds of homes in the Rochester, NY area. Dave’s design-build ideology has transcended into the realm of solar farms, sustainable housing developments like Ranches On The Farm and historical buildings that are now modern workspaces for several small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. When he is not developing projects, Dave loves cultivating his prized garlic and lilies and spending time with his growing family!

Kelly Rainville

Cost Accountant

    1. Kelly Rainville has a Business degree from Quinsigamond Community College and decades of bookkeeping and administrative skills. She oversees the reception desk and bookkeeping needs for our projects and properties, and expertly handles purchase orders and invoices. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and visiting her daughters and grandchildren.

Ethan Willistein

    1. Ethan Willistein is an accomplished craftsman with a Mechanical Engineering degree from RIT and Professional Engineer license. Beyond his expertise in fine carpentry and tile work, he is very interested in the engineering and design of machinery and energy-related construction components. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his young family.

Jenelle Harriff

Director of Operations

    1. Jenelle Harriff has been helping build up the Norbut Family of Businesses since 2016. With a Communications & Applied Technology degree from Drexel University and a Business & Human Resources Management degree from MCC, Jenelle wears many hats beyond managing leads, client/tenant satisfaction, and our development logistics. If she is not whipping up team meals in our gourmet kitchen, you will likely find her gardening, grilling or renovating her darling home in North Winton Village!

Neil Lawther

Project Manager

    1. Neil Lawther brings almost three decades years of construction experience to the team, in all phases and types of construction. Neil manages multiple facets of our renovation business and spearheads many more of our regional development projects. His experience as a Construction Manager for Wegmans Construction for over 22 years and education in Carpentry, Joinery & Construction Technology from the London Institute of Technology are a tremendous asset to our operations. Neil resides in Fairport with his wife and three children.

Kerry Rodriguez

    1. Kerry Rodriguez joined us from the DC Metro area. As a Finger Lakes native and RIT graduate specializing in Interior Design, her 13+ years of experience helps clients’ dreams come true! She loves forming special relationships during the design phases so she can better understand personalities, needs and lifestyles. She transforms all of these elements into drawings and product selections that perfectly align with clients’ unique aesthetic! When she is not creating, Kerry enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, camping, and enjoying live music.

Dan Allan

    1. Dan Allan manages the financial aspects of our organization. He is a Certified Managerial Accountant with a Finance degree from St. Bonaventure University and an Accounting Certificate from St. John Fisher College. Summer breaks spent framing custom homes in college inspired Dan to focus much of his career on real estate development. Dan resides in Brighton and enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, woodworking and watching Bonnies Basketball with his family!

Michael Fragassi

    1. Michael has spent the past three decades in construction and project management. He has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of over $500 million worth of multimillion-dollar projects on schedule and within budget. Accomplishments include Project Superintendent/Manager roles for the construction of industry-leading supermarkets for Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., as well as retail buildings, corporate office buildings, restaurants, wine shops, senior living, and refrigerated storage and food processing facilities.

Brion Burger

    1. Brion Burger has been working hard on our projects and maintaining our properties since 2014. With a degree in Graphic Design from the National Institute for the Deaf at RIT, he brings a lot of creativity to our team. As a child, he enjoyed building with LEGO blocks and helping his father renovate their home. Now, he enjoys painting, crafting and spending time with this wife and daughters.
